Michirou Takase (高瀬 道朗,Takase Michirō?) is one of the three first year forwards on the Enoshima High School Football Team. Even though he is only a first year, he is already 189cm tall. It was revealed that he was previously a basketball player but switched to football in hopes of earning money for the family.

The name Michirou means "road, way, street" (道) (michi) and "melodious, clear, bright, serene, cheerful" (朗) (rou).
Michirou's surname Takase means "tall, high" (高) (taka) and "swift current, rapids" (瀬) (se).

Enoshima Tower is Takase's nickname, much to his dismay.
